Caption competition: The meaning of life

I took this shot the other day, thinking there must be some good cracks about the name of this supermarket I could use for an oh-so-witty caption, but when I sat down at the computer, my mind went blank. The best I could do was: The meaning of life? Eight items or less. Pretty rubbish, I think you'll agree. Any improvements? For more fun shopping, click here, or here for more brain teasers.

Great pictures, Black Poodle. Your blog wouldn't let me leave comments in English, though.

You can write comments in English, if you write only one HIRAGANA character with.
For example, write あ then write in English. Do you understand?
Please try it!

I tried that, but it didn't work! I wrote 凄い!!

I'm sorry that I bothered you.
Now I figured out how to write a commet in English.
Could you please try it again?
Thank you.

Well, one of the hilarious slogans for the new Highcross Shopping Centre in Leicester (the opening of which was described as an historic day for the city)is 'I have tasted life' - the others are 'I have known desire' and 'I have awoken with a wanting'. When I saw the latter slogan adorning a bus shelter, I couldn't work out what on earth it was promoting!

Your Dad's suggestion:
Life - a four-letter word

Here life is cheap!

I've often "awoken with a wanting" but I am usually satisfied after a quick trip to the toilet.

100 points to all for their suggestions.
